we are looking for the right person to share this great cottage with us as a vacation home. our intent is to continue to enjoy maui as a vacation place we come to several times a year. we are offering for sale a 50% ownership of the cottage at purchase price is $325,000 with a minimum downpayment of $150,000.

Occupancy is to be shared 50/50 each year and specific details can be worked out, but we are thinking that each share partner would have exclusive use of the cottage every other month. although the cottage does not currently have a TVR (transient vacation rental) permit, it may be possible to obtain one and we would be open to considering limited vacation rentals (permitted or not) during non-owner occupied times.
